Shipping was good. The box was pretty beat up but the bike was in tact. Set up was good, the manual could use some editing for people who are not as mechanical as I am. But for me it was easy to put together. This is my second ebike. The range is good, dual motors provide lots of off the line torque. Top speed in mph for me was/is 32 mph. I took a deep dive in the settings but i’d like to figure out away to get a little more speed out of it. Hill climbing is good with both hub motors engaged. The parent company of ridstar is Yolin and the quality for the price is good. If somebody from Yolin/Ridstar can get back to me about just increasing the speed to 37/38 mph it would be a perfect bike for me.
